Exchange and return policy

In line with the decisions of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait regarding the regulation of the consumer’s right to exchange and return goods and merchandise, our valued customers can:

Replace or return their purchases within 24 hours from the date of purchase under the following terms and conditions:

1/ The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in the same condition as received, displayable with all their accessories, and must not have been opened or used (with the exception of the free external sample).

2/ The goods to be exchanged or returned must not conform to the standard specifications or have a defect or flaw that is not apparent upon purchase, and no more than 5 pieces must have been used if the product is Al-Dosari Maamoul or Al-Araisi Maamoul.

The consumer's right to exercise the right to exchange or return shall not be forfeited if the above conditions are met, even if the goods were purchased during the period of offers and discounts.

In the event that the return is accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions stated above, the price of the goods will be refunded in the same manner in which payment was made upon purchase (from 3 to 7 working days).
